I am not a mountaineer, but I believe that making business decisions and developing a company requires at least as much courage as conquering the most breathtaking peaks. Just as a skilled guide assists in summit attempts, we offer support to help you reach the pinnacle of business success.

Throughout my adult career, I may have set exceptionally high expectations for myself and those working with me—standards that initially seemed daunting. Yet, I succeeded in achieving them, climbing the targeted peak despite the challenges.

I know what it’s like to start from the bottom, when no one believes you can climb the mountain. Worse still, when your climbing tools are regularly taken away, and you’re asked to ascend without them.

Over nearly two decades—15 years of which I spent studying alongside two jobs before stepping up as an educator—I learned to turn disadvantages into advantages. I discovered how to convince giants as the smallest partner and emerge victorious from seemingly impossible situations.

In the past 20 years, I have lived in 10 different countries for various lengths of time, designed projects in more than 30 countries, and brought them to life with both Hungarian and international teams.

Each project required building a new team, which as a leader, I needed to manage while addressing ongoing professional, financial, and even personal challenges.

The goal has always remained the same: to keep climbing upward, toward the summit—toward success.
